Reigate Hill is set in the beautiful countryside with stunning views and it is home to our outdoor ceremony area by the lake. We cater for Weddings, Private Parties, Conferences, and societies. We are a fun and very close team who believe in success and support each other moving forward.

The role is versatile and will start off with front of house work in the bar and restaurant to gain experience, along with our Wedding Coordinator training you and guiding you through the role. You will be assisting with appointments with our lovely brides / grooms, admin work, and the fun of running Weddings / Events. You will be assisted in everything until you are comfortable to plan and run Events for yourself! We are currently hosting 60-70 Weddings a year so we are extremely busy – there is not a dull moment!

An ideal Assistant Wedding Coordinator will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A passion for great service

  • Well presented
  • Confident
  • Organised
  • Flexible attitude with a can-do approach
  • Knowledge on hospitality industry
  • Preferably have some experience in hospitality, although full training will be provided

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week on average, in a flexible working environment. Working hours include evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business, although our Wedding Coordinator is very flexible with her diary. We are a fast-growing business and very successful with great prospects! We believe in progression within the business and we will support you in every aspect of your journey here with us.

In return for this you will receive a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum dependent upon experience.

You will also receive generous staff discounts, 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays), a share of the tips and also be enrolled into a private pension scheme (minimum criteria apply).
