Trainee Croupier opportunities through Europe’s leading Casino Training Provider

The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, with an outgoing personality, a keen eye for detail and have excellent people skills. They should be able to demonstrate quick thinking and a reasonable level of mental arithmetic skill whilst remaining calm and in control.

Each trainee attains a professional level of technical proficiency at Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Texas Hold'em Poker. The training also covers: gaming floor procedures, customer service and includes your UK gaming licence. Working as a croupier demands accuracy, discipline, calmness and discretion. You will find that these skills are developed whilst you are training. The overall personal qualities we look for in our trainees are

• A good overall appearance
• Be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of mental arithmetic
• Have the ability to quickly distinguish colours
• Have a satisfactory degree of manual dexterity
• Have excellent customer service skills

Our trainees go on to work for the major UK casino chains including: Grosvenor casinos, Genting casinos, Aspers casinos, Rainbow casinos, Napolean casinos and also independent UK casinos. As a croupier with a good reputation and live casino experience, you will be able to progress your career towards senior dealer, inspector, pit boss, and then on to manager. In addition, Croupiers with ambitions to travel can advance onto cruise ships and/or casinos throughout the Mediterranean and beyond once they have one to two years experience within a UK casino.

After 10 weeks of practice based training, our client guarantee a position within a UK casino, there are over 140 UK casinos you can work for with an average starting salary for a trainee croupier in the range of £14000-£19000 (plus tips).
