A great opportunity to join our team as our Recruitment Manager based in London on a permanent basis.

Recruitment Manager responsibilities:

To lead and manage an effective and pro-active recruitment and selection service for the Firm. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment and resourcing service to employees and the Management teams, with the assistance of a Recruitment Co-ordinator.

 

  • Working closely with Line Managers and HR Advisors to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Helping to manage and grow the Firm's employment brand by demonstrating the company’s values, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience of resourcing processes.
  • Working closely with the senior management teams to understand what behaviours, competencies and skills are needed for success.
  • Working with each Division on promoting their Employment Brand and recruitment advertising campaigns.
  • Sourcing and developing relationships with agencies, job boards and social media sites as channels to attract talent and build talent pipelines.
  • Focussing on direct forms of hiring where possible to reduce resourcing budget spend, and improving speed to recruit and retention rates.
  • Developing an effective Preferred Supplier List for agencies. Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary and negotiate contracts and costs.
  • Managing the Graduate Recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Managing the annual Internship programme.
  • Supporting senior managers / line managers with end-to-end recruitment facilitation for all vacancies.
  • Managing and reviewing all administrative processes, including shortlisting of CV's for interview stage and drafting of job advertisements.
  • Direct line management of the Recruitment Co-ordinator
  • Responsibility for the management and optimal utilisation of the Applicant Tracking System, and production of monthly management information reports, and the Recruitment Dashboard.
  • Secure market intelligence annually on salary and packages to assess the company's competitiveness to attract talent.
  • Conducting interviews with hiring managers, when appropriate.
  • Reviewing recruitment processes to ensure practices are consistent, legally compliant and effective for business purpose.
  • Drafting recruitment adverts and job descriptions and person specifications as necessary.
  • Filter CVs and provide feedback to candidates from the hiring managers.
  • Making confidential offers of employment to successful candidates

  • Professional manner and excellent customer service.
  • Enthusiasm and drive with a desire to broaden knowledge and experience.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take the initiative in a confident and personable manner.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate with excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and producing management information.
