The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company specialised in Innovation and Design

Main duties:
To provide Administrative support to the International Sales Department

The Role:
- To deal with international customers enquiries over the phone, by email
- To process orders, invoices
- To support the Sales Manager to improve team projects
- To update the customers details accurately
- To co-ordinate high stock, clearance and direct order consolidation offers
- To coordinate International distributor conferences, exhibitions and shows
- To have a good knowledge of the products and promote them to the customers
- To assist International Sales Managers
- To liaise with other internal departments

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and German (Written and Spoken)
- Fluency in any other European language would be desirable
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Administration
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Strongly organised in order to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Understanding of International documentation
- It literate
