The Company:
Our client is an International fast-growing dynamic Company.

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers. To support the team in order to develop the growth of the business

The Role:
- To provide high quality of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- To process enquiries and orders promptly and accurately
- To provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- To develop/maintain relationships with existing customers.
- To provide sales advice and support
- To closely work with the Customer Relationship Manager by providing detailed reports analysis of the market.
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners
- To liaise with all departments efficiently

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Business Administration and processing
- Experience working with Accounting Systems
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills with good organisation skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Able to start work as early as 8:00am Monday to Friday
- Fluent in French - Desirable

Salary: £18K - £20K DOE
