Export Business Development Administrator-German/Spanish Speaking

Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire

Building on our impressive history, we are continuing on our successful growth strategy and are currently looking for an experienced Export Business Development Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing Team.

This newly created role reports directly to the Export Sales Manager and will provide an ideal opportunity for a bright and ambitious Administrator with a strong language skills to use their experience, abilities and enthusiasm to enhance our Export Team and grow within their career

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong Key Relationship with existing and new customers
- Manage Business Development, identifying new leads and converting these to sales
- Work towards Business Sales Targets and set KPI's
- Deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner providing an exceptional level of Customer Service
- Manage all aspects of ordering process from conception to fulfilment
- Organising literature and cover letters for use by the team
- Analysing the areas of growth or potential growth and submitting your findings to the Export Sales Manager
- Monitoring companies and countries underperforming and suggest improvement idea's
- Be confident in your ability to provide Product explanations clearly and concisely
- Understanding of Vehicle compatibility for our products in order to inform customers correctly
- Understand the technical information in regards to motors, electrics, hoist dimensions etc
- Manage Returns and broken parts from customers ensuring that they are satisfied with the process and service

The Requirements:

- Fluent in English and German and/or Spanish is a requirement for this role
- Degree educated within a relevant subject
- A Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Export Sales role
- Energetic, Self-Motivated and Personable
- Excellent organisation skills and able to work independently but also as part of a team
- Good level of IT Skills and the ability to understand technical and mechanical information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines and multi-task to ensure that deadlines are met
