The Company:
Our client is well-known developer and distributor within the Heavy Duty Industry.

Main duties:
To provide an excellent level of customer service and support and work as part of a busy customer service team.

The Role:
- To answer calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
- To provide an excellent level of customer services at all times
- To deal with problems effectively and delegate to the manager if necessary.
- To keep the company database up-to-date
- To prepare price quotations and other relevant documentation
- To provide continuous support to the Sales Team
- To contact customers on behalf of the Sales agent
- To ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by responding promptly, professionally and efficiently to all customer related requests

The Candidate:
- Fluent in both French and Spanish in addition to English (Written & Spoken).
- Ability to work at fast pace environment.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
- Very well-organised and able to work in a team.
- Team player.
- IT literate.

The Salary:

£26,000 + Benefits
