Job Title: Customer Relations Representative - Mobility Team

Location: Goole, East Yorkshire, commutable from North Lincolnshire/Humberside/South Yorkshire

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m./Friday 8.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.

Our with Motability to supply Wheelchair Access Vehicles (WAV's) is of critical importance to the company and the relationship with the customer who buys one of their vehicles starts before the order is even place. One of the company's expert Sales Demonstrators will meet with the potential customers to explain what products and services the Mobility Division offer; they work with the customer and the Head Office team to find the right product to assist them with their mobility problems to provide improved wellbeing and independence.

To strengthen this team the company is seeking an exceptional Customer Relations Representative who is patient and can demonstrate empathy and understands that the company offer a life changing product and service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-line Motability order processing system
  • Follow-up any outstanding application referrals, document delays and omission
  • Maintain good relations with Motability to ensure the company remains a preferred supplier
  • Maintain regular contact with the individual customer to ensure they are provided with all the necessary technical support
  • Keep the customer informed of the progress of their order and ensure they are notified of any changes to their delivery date
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and obtain resolution to any technical problems to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the product and service provided
  • Liaise with Sales Demonstrators, Production and Administration to ensure customer needs are communicated
  • Provide prompt feedback to Internal Departments
  • Forward Demonstration requests to Sales Demonstration Team
  • Deal with new and existing enquires from the answer machine, incoming calls and email requests
  • Ensure that warranty claims are communicated and followed up
  • Deal with request for brochures

Skills Needed:

  • Good organisation and administration skills
  • A naturally cheerful disposition
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience of working with disabled or vulnerable clients would be an advantage but not essential
