Pre-school Room Leader needed for short-term placements throughout the Warrington area!
Connex Education is recruiting for a flexible Pre-school Room Leader/Nursery Nurse to provide regular short-term cover to nurseries and children's centres across Warrington. You must be experienced within this role and be able to fully support children of different abilities in addition to provide guidance for staff. Within these short-term placements you must ensure ratios are maintained at all times, be a role model and be responsible for the organisation in the absence of the manager and deputy manager in conjunction with other Room Leaders. In some placements planning will be required therefore you will need to have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework to draw up, monitor and supervise weekly planning in the room.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification and have previous experience promoting wellbeing and healthy eating practices for all children.
