The rise and rise of in-house service delivery has created opportunities for a HR Graduate to join our Innov8 HR Partner team.
Hunter Wolff are looking for dynamic individuals to join an 18-month program in leading our Innov8 HR Partner group. We enable businesses to access strategic value through dynamic HR activity; getting rid of "The Book of No" and implementing innovative methods of working.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and be looking to gain real-world application experience across a wide-range of client industries. Following a structured 18-month program we hope to retain successful individuals to become a Service Delivery Partner / Key Account Manager for our clients.

• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly 1-2-1s with the Director, Hunter Wolff
• Structured training and accreditation through our onsite Future Skills Academy
• Dynamic team environment based in modern offices at a World Heritage Site, Salts Mill

Successful candidates -
Candidates will be able to demonstrate a passion for HR and a track record of going the extra mile. We offer structured training to gain accreditation and qualification therefore look for individuals who are wanting to develop themselves also.
