Skilled Control Systems Engineer ideally with water background now sought for a leading UK automation consultancy.
You will be joining a unique business who work to the strengths of their employees to create roles beneficial for the business and for personal career objectives.
The Role
We are looking for high calibre self-starters who are control and automation professionals.
This role requires an understanding of the project lifecycle from concept through to completion incorporating Design Documentation, configuration of PLC/SCADA/HMI software, testing and commissioning.
Project solutions are typically based on Rockwell. As part of the team your responsibilities will be primarily the design and implementation of control systems, coupled with the ability to communicate and present well to provide associated advisory services.
Activities include:
? Design documentation
? Control system software design and implementation
? Control system hardware design
? Electrical control panel design (not essential)
? Liaison with clients
? Work as part of a team or alone with senior guidance as required
? Participating in the tendering process
? Report writing and surveying Industrial Ethernet network design and testing
Skills/Qualifications
? Formal engineering qualification ideal
? Solid control system design experience in a similar role
? Good interpersonal skills
? Possess an interest in industrial control and automation
