Apprentice - IT Support Technician Ref: 2994 / JAN
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Fixed term contract: Two years
Salary: Year 1 GBP7,821, Year 2 GBP16,773
Location: Wakefield City Campus
The post holder will provide first and second line IT support to users throughout the College, resolving technical problems to ensure a high standard of performance IT facilities within the College.
As a member of this team, you will follow a development programme which will give you a broad range of experience over the period of your apprenticeship.
As an Apprentice IT Support Technician, you should have:
- GCSE grade A* - C in English and Maths or the equivalent
- GCSE grade A* - C in ICT or the equivalent
- A willingness to undertake the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in ICT
