Regional Welder, Salary: £21,403, preferably based near Slough covering the home counties or Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Surrey
We have an exciting opportunity for a Welder to join the market leading provider of Portable cabins / self-powered accommodation units, secure storage solutions, modular buildings and associated products.
As a Regional Welder you will be required to work on sites throughout the Home Counties to assist with the installation, dismantle and repair and maintenance of site cabins. This will include fabricating, assembling and carrying out preparation work on structural metal products, such as staircases, metal parts for buildings and framework. The role will require various forms of welding activities including manual metal arc welding (MMA), metal Inert Gas Welding (MIG), Oxyacetylene, and Tungsten inert gas (TIG).
Applicants will need to have welding experience and be technically trained in all areas of welding. This is a regional role with lots of travelling and possible overnight stays, so a full driving licence and flexibility in terms of working hours is required.
