Our client designs and develops elegant sites that help their customers to stay one step ahead in the world of eCommerce. They are now looking for a Software Developer to join their passionate team in King’s Cross. 

Within a stimulating and engaging environment, you’ll have the chance to help shape the core team in a rapidly-growing business. 

As a Software Developer, you’ll be tasked with delivering eCommerce solutions and system integrations using a range of systems. 

In this exciting role, you’ll join a Development Team whose aim is to deliver full lifecycle software development projects for new build eCommerce sites, enhance existing sites and provide technical support. 

You will develop components for new eCommerce websites, as well as new modules, plug-ins and administration tools for Magento, Wordpress and Zend. 

Additionally, you’ll occasionally act as the lead developer on a project build, making this the ideal role in which to enhance your project management and leadership skills. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have experience of the Magento eCommerce platform. Strong communication skills and a logical mindset are also key. 

Analytical and focused, as a Software Developer, you’ll be able to work well, both in a team and individually. You must also have exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach and a great eye for detail. 

Experience of the following would be beneficial to your application: Magento 2.0, MySQL optimisation, Scriptaculous or jQuery, AJAX, WordPress, a CMS platform and Bash or Linux systems.
