GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 + up to 45% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Progression
Are you an Electronics Engineer looking to join a globally successful company and spearhead the next generation of Products for a niche technology market? Our client is a world leader in test automation tools for the data storage industry. Who are growing rapidly and now require an ambitious and motivated Engineering Design Manager to lead the development of innovative new test products.
For the right candidate they can offer a very attractive package with real prospects to progress through the company.
This role would suit an Electronics Engineer with experience in embedded devices.
The Role:
-Management and recruitment of engineering team and the delivery of products
-Affect direction and design of new products
The Person:
-People management experience
-Experienced in embedded hardware development
-Electronics / Software background
Benefits:
-Good basic salary: GBP50k-GBP60k (dependent on experience)
-Significant company bonus scheme: 10% of profit shared amongst employees (approx. 45% addition to salary last year)
-Great holidays: 25 days per annum, with an additional day per year worked (up to a maximum of 30 days), plus floating Bank Holidays (these can be taken any time)
-Company pension contributions
-Private healthcare
-Excellent development prospects as the company grows.
