We are looking for an experienced Electrical / Mechanical (E & M) Technician for our Client based in Dartford, Kent.
The ideal candidate will be an individual with a strong Electrical / Mechanical engineering background that will support the site and ensure compliance to electrical and safety regulations, whilst at the same time have a multitude of skills across various engineering disciplines.
The main responsibilities required are:
Maintain, service, calibrate, repair and install equipment in accordance with site requirements and current regulations
Ensure consistent and reliable operation of equipment and associated plant in accordance with site requirements and current regulations
Deliver preventative and demand maintenance on time
Perform equipment and plant calibrations
Perform mechanical and electrical servicing
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
Update site quality systems in a timely accurate manner
Perform daily / weekly / monthly checks
The ideal candidate will have a recognised Electrical / Mechanical apprenticeship / qualification, and / or have experience in; fault finding, production equipment, service work, calibrations.
Experience of refrigeration, freeze driers and is F-gas registered will be an advantage.
