Salary: GBP26,000-GBP42,000 (GBP36K-GBP60K OTE) - both dependant on experience

As a Graduate New Business Development Executive you`ll enjoy unrivalled industry training! Strategically identifying key decision makers, you`ll target and then contact key decision makers in order to develop business rapport. Using LinkedIn, emails and reaching out to prospects over the phone, you`ll look to secure meetings for senior sales. As you develop your knowledge of the industry, you`ll shadow senior sales staff to these meetings, learning about the holistic process so that as you progress - you`ll manage it entirely!

The Role:

- Learn about and verse yourself in the marketplace our client operates in order to best meet customer needs
- Strategically identify potential customers and generate leads via LinkedIn, emails and by conversing over the phone with key decision makers
- Book business meetings for senior sales on the back of this
- Shadow senior sales to the meetings you secure, learning about the holistic process so that in time you will manage the entire business cycle
