Sage 50 Telephone Support Role
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: GBP24,000-GBP28,000
Contract: Full time, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Dayta Designs is a long standing Sage accounting software Partner. We care very much about our customers and work hard to provide them with excellent service in what can sometimes be a highly technical arena.
Right now, we are looking for someone to provide Sage 50 software support for our Academy customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Answer support calls from academy customers.
* Ensure that the customer call log is maintained.
* Create and update reports and layouts using the Sage 50 Report Designer tool.
* Assist with software upgrades
* Prepare training documentation
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* An in-depth working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software
* An understanding of MS Access databases will be useful
* The ability to deal with customers in a calm and considered fashion, resolving their problems effectively
* A clear and precise telephone manner
