Would you say you are a professional and career orientated sales executive, regional sales manager or business development manager that wants to work with an exceptional employer that offers variety, excellent training and a truly first class service to their clients? This role is based in Hampshire but mainly in Southampton and is ideal for an experienced field sales person.
Main Purpose of the Role:
*To prospect estate agency business to work with our client and recommend there conveyancing service
*To present our conveyancing service to business owners / directors
*To account manage and identify opportunity to increase revenue
Experience in business to business sales is desirable, but full training will be provided, the only qualifications we ask for is enthusiasm, a determination to succeed and a willingness to learn. You will plan your own day and diary, making appointments to small independent estate agents and brokers within your location. The role is all about bringing on new business!
You must have your own car, driving license is essential.
In return we can offer a long term carrier with a dynamic and growing organization - pension, private healthcare, life assurance, vouchers on your birthday, quarterly awards to recognise achievements.
Base pay GBP25k, with OTE GBP35k which includes car allowance and commission. Commission is paid at GBP5 per referral and paid on completion. ie, 100 referrals per month = GBP500 commission.
Hours of Work: 9am - 6pm
Period: Permanent
How is commission calculated? Monthly bonus based on completed conveyancing matters tied to new business performance
Company Car provided? No
Car Allowance? Yes GBP400 per month
Holiday Entitlement per annum: 30 days, including bank holidays
