The candidate should be skilled, experienced Business Manager with a passion for organisational effectiveness and the leadership of multiple departments as part of a senior management team.
With a broad focus, the role will encompass operational management regarding;
- Business administration in Head Office and London Office (near Old Street Station)
- Drive effective Communication between various departments including the delivery of operations analysis to the owners, directors and senior management team.
- HR & Quality Control Department
- IT & Telecommunications Department
- Management and delivery of all Marketing Platforms and assist with other forms of promoting the business.
Commercially astute and ideally with one of the following qualifications;
- Business management Bsc (Hons), CIM, CIPD
- Excellent inter-personnel and presentation skills are expected, as is a strong level of marketing experience and a good level of all round computer literacy and the ability to plan, communicate and problem solve effectively.
Salary and benefits available on application
Holiday - 25 days annual holiday entitlement plus statutory bank holidays
Contributory Pension Scheme
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (finish 4.45pm Fridays)
Based - Company Head Office on the outskirts of Bedford
