This is a fantastic position which exists as part of our Clients further expansion programme moving forward. You will be based from their offices in Redhill, Surrey with a territory covering the South West location.

The company:
- A dynamic SME, established almost 30 years ago, and now successfully grown into the market leader in their field. With an exceptionally diverse and ever growing product range used across including civil engineering, construction, farming and agriculture, security amongst others.
Job purpose:
- The position has been created due to expansion and comes with an existing warm/repeat client base but there is tremendous scope for the successful individual to really make an impact in developing new business across a host of sectors in need of my client's products.
Responsibilities:
- Ultimately you will professionally and ethically represent and sell the company's products and services in a profitable manner in a specific geographical location.
- You will plan and prioritise personal sales activities with existing and prospective customers towards achieving agreed business objectives, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. You must be able to demonstrate that you have worked successfully with a high degree of independence.
- Maintain and develop on a face-to-face basis existing and new customers through accurate quotations and ethical sales methods, collaborating with others effectively to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Personal attributes:
- A team player who is ready for the challenge to help us develop our business in line with ambitious growth targets.
- Experience of roles with a high degree of independence - Essential
- Current and clean driving licence - Essential
- Considerable travelling and a flexible approach to work.
Salary:
- Basic GBP28,000 + non-capped commission (very realistic OTE + Company Car + Expenses
Location:
- Office based near to Redhill when not covering the South West territory
