Mobile Maintenance Electrician
My client is a mid-sized commercial maintenance provider, due to new contracts being won they are currently seeking a mobile maintenance electrician to join an already established mobile team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent with 17th edition and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Duties will include covering a number of commercial properties within London and M4, so ideally based in NW London, duties will include lighting, changing bulbs, ballasts, starters, leds', lighting fixtures, small lighting installations, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests', bms (seeing if any alarms, or changing temp), riser inspections, ppm on plant pumps, motors, maintenance on ahu's and fan coil units, re-setting chillers, boiler checks, escorting sub-contractors, general paper work, and working with a client on a day to day basis.
Hours are based 8am to 5.30pm, with van, uniform, tools, fuel card, pda phone and company benefits.
