West Heath School is an Independent SEN Residential School with Charity status. We provide a therapeutic learning environment for children aged 10-19 who have suffered some form of trauma and are unable to access main stream education.
We believe in "rebuilding lives through education", developing life skills and encouraging students to enjoy social activities.
We require the following staff to join our West Heath Team
Support Worker - £16,160 p.a.
Monday to Thursday 1 pm to 11.30 pm And every 3rd Friday 10.30am to 4.30pm Term Time only
Experience working with children and young people in a formal caring capacity is required. Holding the NVQ 3 - Children & Young People, would be desirable but not essential as the School would support successful candidates to work towards the Children & Young People Workforce Diploma. Car driver is desirable.
