3 x Female* Support Workers - Shared Housing & Floating Support

Contracts: 2 x permanent & 1 fixed term, expiring on 01/06/2017

Salary Point 22: £20,456

Hours: 37.5

Location: Bristol

The successful candidate will support women with housing and mental health support needs living in our shared houses. You will be responsible for the support and safety of our service users.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of support planning and managing risk assessments.
• Experience of working with people with mental health support needs.
• The ability to effectively manage emergency situations.
• The ability to work day shifts on a 6 day rota (9:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 16:00 Saturdays (1 Saturday in 4)

A current, full driving licence and access to an appropriate vehicle is essential.
