WHAT YOU'LL DO.
As a Senior HR Officer you will take responsibility for the case-work involved in a busy HR role, while proactively working with your management group to deliver value-added HR services in line with the needs and priorities of the business. We want you to execute the day to day provision of Employee Relations services to the business; specifically supporting two of the key business functions - Sales and Finance.
Your people skills and communicative, approachable manner will allow you to influence, support and develop your managers in the full spectrum of Employee Relations issues. With your focus on supporting the managers in line with business objectives, your ability to coach managers through organisation development projects and change management will be invaluable to on-going business success.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys providing a first class service to internal customers; and will collaborate with HR colleagues in the implementation of strategic plans and projects while identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
First and foremost, we need your expertise and experience in employment law and employee relations, evidenced by your CIPD qualification and progression through HR roles. We want you to utilise your strong communication skills in partnering with all levels of management from Team Leaders to department Directors. This role requires you to have a flexible approach to working and enjoy a fast, dynamic and driven environment. With the variation and complexities in this role, organisation skills and the ability to prioritise are essential. Above all we need your self-belief in your personal ability to make a difference, acting as a strong team member and an advocate for the business.
