We are currently recruiting for experienced Motor Vehicle Claims Handler.
You will join a high successful Motor Vehicle Insurance company who specialise in Insurance cover for Young Drivers, Taxi Drivers and Commercial vehicle.
Based in North Tyneside, you can expect a highly competitive salary of up to GBP28000 with excellent benefits including 33 days holiday, pension scheme, death in service.
As an experienced Motor Vehicle Claims Handler you will work Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
The Motor Vehicle Claims Handler will manage the customer journey from start to finish. This to include:
`` Liaison with Engineers/Claims Investigators to assist in resolving claims satisfactorily
`` Dealing with Solicitor's and Accident Management Companies
`` Liaise with Brokers and Hire Vehicle Providers where required.
`` Working to individual KPI's and within strict company guidelines.
`` Progressing the claims through to completion by ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
`` Administering the paperwork process to meet company standards
Skills and Experience required for the Motor Vehicle Claims Handler
`` A Proven track record working as a Motor Vehicle Claims Handler
`` Insurance Sector essential
`` Experience working to targets and deadlines within a strict compliance environment
`` Excellent IT Skills
