As a Quantity Surveyor you will take commercial and contractual control of a number of on-going re-fit projects.

We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team?
The role entails full 360 quantity surveying from cost management and cost control (Bills of Quantities, Variations, Final accounts), valuating work and processing payments, attend monthly CVR/client meetings and cost reporting.
Essential & Desired experience/Qualifications
* You will be expected to hold an appropriate level of qualification, a degree in Quantity Surveying
* Relevant and up to date CSCS card and excellent Health & Safety knowledge
* RICS/CIOB accredited preferred, but not essential
* Outstanding management skills and attention to detail
* To communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with colleagues and clients
* Computer literacy: Microsoft Packages, Word, Excel, Outlook. COINS financial software or similar.
* Any other duties as may be required by the demands of the role.
Benefits:
* 47.5 hour week. Monday - Friday, 07.30am to 5.30pm
* 26 days holiday per annum plus 8 days Bank Holidays
* Company car / Car allowance
* Annual discretionary bonus scheme
