Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their team based in Slough, Berkshire.
Job Title: Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Legal
Location: Slough
Salary: c. £90K + bonus and potential relocation package

Our client are currently representing a successful Lexcel accredited legal firm with a reputation for friendly and specialist legal advice. They have an opening in their corporate commercial department due to the incumbent Partner leaving the firm in the next couple of years.
Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer – The role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to take on a senior role within a highly reputable division and ultimately lead the corporate commercial division in the future, combining your mix of existing clients with the ones that are already loyal to this firm.
Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the standard of delivery which the firm have built their reputation on
- Operate within a specialism or niche or from a more generalist perspective
- Work in an autonomous manner and get on with the job at hand
Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer – The Candidate:
- The suitable candidate will be working as a Senior Solicitor currently and will have a minimum of 8 years PQE in the corporate commercial space
- You will be currently leading a division of a legal firm or will be acting in a senior position working closely with a Partner
- You will be an excellent relationship builder and will be able work in a collaborative atmosphere, developing new business in order to build up your desk
