Site Manager / Site Supervisor: Role
My client is an extremely fast growing Construction/Maintenance provider, to the commercial, residential and local authority Water sectors. They offer a bespoke service ranging from Swimming Pools, Ponds, Bank revetment and Flood defences schemes, to works on Rivers, Streams and Canals.
Due to expansion, they are looking to appoint a proven Site Manager / Supervisor to their already established team, based in Crewkerne, Somerset. You must have experience in working for the water sector on schemes involving flood defence, commercial & private swimming pools, rivers, streams, reservoirs and ponds. Additionally, a knowledge of brickwork and concrete structures will be favoured. SMSTS AND CPCS tickets will be advantageous.

Site Manager / Site Supervisor: Responsibilities
* Liaising with clients and professional staff, reporting progress, professional staff
* Operating plant machinery when required
* Supervising contracted staff
* Making safety inspections, ensuring construction and site safety
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
* Motivating the workforce
* Problem solving
