Fantastic opportunity for a WS Director to join a Consultancy based in Bristol.
My client is a notable consultancy with a network of offices around the UK. They work across a range of sectors within house Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying.
After a successful management buyout, the management directors set to work on developing what was already an outstanding business into an expanding and, of course, leading consultancy that not only works with the best, but employs the best too
You will be leading a multi sector cost management team in their successful Bristol office.
The Director will be working closely with leading architects, developers and contractors in the region and responsible for managing key accounts and clients. You must come from a consultancy background in the build sector and have gained experience running small and big projects with the commercial sector. Successful candidates should ideally be a member of the RICS although this is not essential. They must also have a 'can do' attitude, be client facing and confident in leading meetings.
