Area Cleaning Manager
Part Time: 25hr Weeks
Role: Area Cleaning Manager
Salary: 24k - 28k per annum, Bonus and Car
Location: Bristol
Our Client is seeking an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee delivery of high class cleaning and general operations across prestigious locations across Bristol.
Role Description:
* Manage and develop your team whilst ensuring the highest standards are always met
* Responsible for the financial reporting of the department
* Manage budgets and assist in monthly forecasting processes
* Understanding of cleaning standards and procedures
* Ensure teams are relevant training to carry out works effectively
* Manage stock levels and ensure teams have sufficient equipment and machinery
* Review business measures and KPIs to contribute to business decisions
* Motivate and lead employees
* To adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures.
Personal Skills:
* Proven experience in managing cleaning operations
* Excellent communicator
* Strong leadership skills
* A relevant professional qualification is desirable
* Full Driving Licence
