VACANCY: Supported Performance Manager
BRC are pleased to announce we have a temporary Supported Performance Manager with a mixed Support Housing provider in Bristol, to start as soon as possible for a 4 month contract with possible extension, working part time hours. The skills required for this role commands a payrate of upto ??23.00 per hour PAYE, based on experience.
The Supported Performance Manager role involves undertaking the following duties:
- Take direct responsibility for the leadership, operational and performance of the client`s services.
- Be the organisations management lead for the Community Rehabilitation Service within the Bristol Mental Health Partnership, work collaboratively and in partnership with other Supported clients and AWP to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities.
- Provide inspirational and motivational leadership and management to maximise team engagement and commitment to organisational goals.
- Contribute to the management, promotion and development of relevent policies and procedures and quality assurance systems that support the delivery of services under your remit and embed continuous improvement within the organisations performance and development.
- Champion recovery orientated and psychologically informed practice.
The successful Supported Performance Manager needs to have excellent Performance Management and Relationships Management experience, ideally in a Social Housing setting. You would also need some knowledge and experience of HR although a qualification is not essential.
