Registered Nurses ( RGN / RMN ) are pivotal to our residents' day-to-day enjoyment of a dignified and fulfilling life. Nursing at one of our care homes is dynamic and fast paced; no two days are the same. We've created environments within our care homes where you can take the initiative and lead using your excellent clinical skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standards of nursing and person centred care, whilst respecting residents' independence and choice. Our Nurses ( RGN / RMN ) take responsibility for care planning, drug administration and consistently meeting our own high standards and those of our external regulators. Nurses also supervise the appraisal and development of our Senior Care Leads, Healthcare Assistants, student Nurses and other care staff. Respecting confidentiality, you will have regular, sensitive contact with residents' families and friends as well as with other health professionals.
