Due to the high demand for their services in the Bristol area, this recognised name in estate agency is recruiting an additional experienced Estate Agent to join their team. This award winning business, backed by heavy-weight TV & PPC ad campaigns is responsible for transforming the property market by using technology to provide their customers with a highly rated service at lower cost.
The Role:
??? Work from home with freedom to manage your own time and choose your own working hours, attending all appointments as arranged.
??? Join the successful team in Bristol, taking responsibility for the delivery of the business within a defined postcode area.
??? Provide an exceptional customer experience, without question the most important responsibility!
??? Build business and promote both your own name and the agency brand within your local community.
??? To bring houses to the market at the correct price and sell them quickly and efficiently,
??? Gain instructions and when possible legal and mortgage referrals
Experience and qualities:
??? Live in Bristol and have an in depth knowledge of the local Bristol property market.
??? Exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality
??? A strong desire to run your own successful business
??? 3 years experience at Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Branch Manager level
??? Driving license and own car
??? NFOPP / NAEA qualification (or equivalent) or keen to work towards
Rewards
This is a self employed position with realistic first year earnings of ??40,000 p.a. Current Local Property Experts are experienced Branch Managers or Valuers who wanted the opportunity to build their own business with the support of a highly successful brand.
