Do you have machine / production experience?
An established FMCG manufacturing company, based in Honiton, is looking for Production Packing and Machine Operatives to join their busy departments.
You will be working on a production line in a fast paced environment, ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process from start to finish and operating machines. Duties will also involve manual lifting, so you need to be physically fit.
We are looking for motivated and reliable workers. This could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Skills and experience of the Production Operatives:
* Educated to at least GCSE level Grades A to C (or equivalent).
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* You must be a team player with drive and enthusiasm.
* You must be able to show initiative to see new tasks and improvements.
* Previous production experience is desirable, preferably FMCG sector, although training is provided.
Rotational shifts and days available.
You also may be required to work overtime if available.
