Service Advisor required for this well established and highly successful Prestige Dealership based in Bedford. You must be a Service Advisor who is highly proficient in the service department within the automotive industry.
Salary: Basic up to GBP24,000 OTE GBP30,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm. 1 in 3 Saturday 08:00am - 13:00pm.
You will need to have had a solid career history to date gained in a main dealer Service department and be a confident relationship builder dealing with customers at all levels. You will be required to advise customers on technical issues whilst delivering a first class service and also achieving the company objectives and targets.
You will need to be extremely well presented and enjoy the opportunity to deal with customers every day leaving them with an excellent impression of the brand and dealership. You will also need to be able to take the opportunity to sell to your customers when appropriate and enjoy hitting both personal and department targets. You must be a true service professional who is an excellent communicator, salesperson and leader who has a desire to build a career with this well respected dealer group and world renowned brand.
