Construction Project Co-Ordinator; Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire; up to GBP24K
A local Construction sub-contractor with over 30 years' experience is recruiting. This organisation designs, manufactures and installs their products into a variety of commercial developments, working with leading main contractors including Balfour Beatty, Bovis and Seddon. The company is very busy and is currently expanding it's workforce and they are looking to appoint a projects Co-Ordinator.
The role of the Project Co-Ordinator involves;
• Organising simultaneous projects including; reviewing quotations, placing orders, obtaining the best commercial terms and chasing orders.
• Supplier analysis including; researching suppliers, reviewing data relating to supplier performance and holding review meetings with suppliers.
• Organising accurate and timely project information.
Applicants should have experience of co-ordinating or organising construction projects successfully. Those applying should be assertive and confident with excellent communication and organisational skills.
