We are currently looking for a Build Manager (Project manager) for a 3month contract in Bracknell.

This will be for a 64 bed care home, which was initially planned with us as main contractor for a shell and core contract, however subsequently we have been appointed to carry out the full fit out. The main purpose of the position is the running of day to day activities onsite to support the project in time for completion

This is a 3 month contract starting in February until the end of April 2017.

Scope of Works:
The building is of a Traditional Construction with piled foundations, wide span concrete, plank floors, brick and blockwork skin, and tiled pitched roof. There is however a full height glass entrance atrium, together with stone feature courses which make the build less straightforward.

Requirements:
• Experience Supporting Care Home builds
• Computer Literate
• Familiure with inhouse Document Management Systems
• Prince 2 or Equivilent
