Salary: GBP9.92ph including shift allowance

THE CLIENT:
This is a brilliant opportunity for you to work for a worldwide stainless steel provider at their Sheffield site. Our client is fast becoming the undisputed number one in stainless steel and employs some 7500 people in over 30 countries. We are looking for an experienced Steel Worker to work with our client in a heavy engineering environment.
THE JOB:
This position involves driving counterbalance and sideloader forklift trucks along with using the pole truck and the overhead crane around the yard and shop floor. Other duties will involve moving components and raw materials around the plant as required.
CRITERIA:
Although the client is happy to train with pole truck operation they do require a valid and nationally recognised counterbalance fork lift truck licence. As well as the licence we do require candidates to have experience of working within a heavy engineering environment, steelworks or similar.
WHAT NEXT:
This role is working on a temporary ongoing basis, with no end date. We have been supplying this client for some 10 years and it truely is a great company to work for and comes with excellent benefits.
