Senior Project Manager
Warrington /Cheshire
GBP50k to GBP60k dep on experience plus car allowance, pension, healthcare and 25 day's holiday
To project manage schemes between GBP15m and GBP35m in general contracting
Our client is a main contractor based in the North West who due to successfully work winning has a requirement for a Project manager based in the Warrington area. Contracts they tender for are in general building covering industrial, education, retail, key worker accommodation and residential schemes. The values of work range from GBP5m to GBP35m.
The Project Manager Role;
As the lead on the project you will have a team to manage and also the commercial elements to control although there will be full QS support.
• Strong consistent operational delivery ability
• Management of subcontract teams directly as well as through staff dependent on the job size
• Contract tender and delivery programming
• P&L control demonstrable in your cv
• A flair for design and delivery of client and architect requirements with in a brief
• Flexible on trades or engineer background although need relevant construction qualifications to support your application.
