Sphere Solutions are working with a national design consultancy to recruit
an experienced Architectural Technician for a busy office in Exeter. Working with a dynamic and forward thinking team this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an award winning team and to work on some of the region's most prestigious housing schemes.
The role will involve:
Working within a design team, co-ordinating technical information
Design and technical drawing including specifications from inception to completion
Managing design briefs
Preparation / submit applications
Contract Administration
Liaison with Local Authorities
Projects will be in the main: Residential housing schemes include various stages of design and contract administration - you will be a confident user of CAD. Have suitable relevant experience and be working in a similar role.
Projects will be across the South West and a full driving license will be required.
