Requirements:

• Experience in running a successful desk
• At least 6 months' B2B sales experience - telesales, or direct B2B sales
• Experience in: resourcing, writing adverts, interviewing & booking candidates, social or residential care
• An ability to maintain client relationships and negotiate terms of business
