Graduate Recruitment Consultants - GBP17-19K basic (realistic first year OTE GBP30-40K)
My client is a well-respected and well-known recruiter based in Leeds. They are looking for confident, driven, articulate graduates to join their growing team.
They will supply with with all the necessary training to make you a successful recruiter, but essentially you need to be outgoing, ambitious, money-driven and sales orientated.
The Role:
You will be required to make sales calls to both candidates and clients, as well as researching the market and matching relevant CVs to job roles. The business development calls made will be to a mixture of both warm and cold clients, and you will also be required to head-hunt either over the phone or more often via linkedin messages.
The Company:
A forward thinking, growing independent agency who has a great office culture and supportive management team. Their focus less on KPIs and more on results. They have a very low staff turnover as a result of the support and encouragement the managers and directors give their staff.
The Person:
You will be described by friends as outgoing, chatty, confident and likeable as well as being educated to degree level and being able to articulate yourself well. You will be someone who wants the better things in life (a nice car and a nice flat) and will be willing to put the extra hours in as and when necessary to enable you to fulfil these aspirations.
The package:
You will start on GBP17-19K (depending on your previous work experience) but can realistically earn GBP30-40K in your first year commission up to 25% (GBP50-60k in your second). In addition they offer extra benefits such as day trip/holidays group targets, early finishes on a Friday and competitions for extra monetary/prize rewards.
