The Inside Sales Representative plays an integral part in the sales team and will need to build strong relationships with existing customers in order to achieve sales quotas and develop new relationships and expansion opportunities. This role will require communication via multiple channels in order to develop a detailed knowledge of organisations and their challenges.

As the Inside Sales Representative your duties will be to:

Research accounts to identify structure, practices, challenges and requirements through use of structured sales methodology using account planning and territory mapping.
Upsell and cross sell other Lumesse solutions.
Conducting high quality business conversations with senior business decision makers.
Understand and identify customer needs and requirements.
Understand the TA product offering and pricing model.
Work closely with the Marketing function to follow up campaigns and uncover new potential opportunities within the existing customer base.
Maintaining product knowledge and the ability to demo and explain USP's to customers essential.
Identify and action high risk customers to ensure prompt follow up and retention of the account.
Maintain SalesForce records of contacts, activities and sales potential to enable accurate reporting and forecasting.
Work to sales targets whilst maintaining existing revenue and account loyalty.

To be a successful Inside Sales Representative you will have the following skills and experience:

Fluent English language skills
Fluent Italian is desirable
Strong experience of working in a telephone / inside sales role. Ideally this experience will have been within a leading HR or software / services organisation
Outstanding communication skills.
Effective verbal, written and Interpersonal communication skills.
Evidence of B2B sales to Fortune 500 companies across sectors (e.g. Banking / Finance, Telecommunications, Manufacturing Pharmaceuticals / Petrochemical, Transport, Retail, Utilities & Public sector).
Familiarity with pricing, forecasting and commercial contract negotiations.
Evidence of effective utilisation of Customer Relationship Management systems.

In return the Inside Sales Representative will receive a salary of GBP25,000 per annum plus a bonus and benefits
