Personnel Selection are currently working with one of our long-standing clients, who are building a new team within their well established Andover offices.

* Is dynamic & professional
* Has experience in sales/telemarketing/account management/lead generation
* Enjoys building positive relationships
* Has a consultative approach
* Is capable of using CRM systems effectively

The role will involve:

* Managing your own pipeline and building long-lasting relationships
* Researching potential leads
* Making B2B calls
* Account management
* Working alongside Consultants to plan territory, etc
