The Company:

Main Duties:
To provide technical support to end users - SME to Multinational, dealers and software houses.

The Role:
- To provide technical support and advice to end users - SME to Multinational, dealers and software houses) mainly via telephone
- To provide technical support & systems administration via telephone and e-mail to clients
- To identify faults, analyse problems and resolves issues to ensure customer’s satisfaction
- To log and report progress to line manager
- To provide testing , mapping, remote upgrades and installation to end users
- To guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- To define appropriate solutions
- To acquire full products range knowledge

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (Spoken and Written)
- A solid understanding of IT/ computers/ software IS ESSENTIAL
- Technical awareness with Networking and Microsoft environment(Windows 2008 and 2012) IS ESSENTIAL
- Basic programming understanding IS ESSENTIAL
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Quick thinking & True problem solver with a logical approach
- A strong team player, keen to learn cutting edge technologies
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- JavaScript knowledge is highly desirable
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle/ printing or output communications systems / Corporate ERP and accounting systems/ technical internet

Salary: £25k to £30k pa DOE
