Working on the UltraScape brand, this is a Nationwide role, managing a team of 4 Area Sales Managers who cover the North of England, South of England, Scotland, and Ireland. You can be based anywhere in a UK and will be expected to travel regularly across the UK.

Job Role:

  • To ensure continual growth of the UltraScape Brand and attain ongoing sales targets.
  • To manage an external sales team, identify performance levels and carry out effective management techniques to improve, motivate, coach in order to hit KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support ASM's in field on a regular basis to improve and support through coaching.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to discuss brand performance and focus
  • Set sales targets in conjunction with Sales Director
  • Identify, analyse and action any product/customer order pattern changes to reduce deficits
  • Identifying training requirements within the team to support their continued learning and product awareness
  • Recruitment, Induction and Appraisal of ASM's
  • Review and Implement price increases
  • The full performance management cycle
  • Ensure the Brand and company standards are maintained by ASM's
  • Drive new sales improvement campaigns working with marketing department.
  • Identify new product market opportunities
  • Review agree monitor and sign off Bonus

Key Skills & Experience:

The position will also demand a good consistent understanding of changes occurring within the market places, including competition activity and new product development. The position is considered a field based role and as such will necessitate overnight stays; regular national travel is expected, supporting the ASM's, attending trade association events and corporate days. The nature of the position demands work outside normal working hours, and the possibility of extensive mileage.
