Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Bradford
Rotating Shifts
GBP40K +
TM Resourcing Technical Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for our well established manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Bradford.
You will be working within a team to supply breakdown / Maintenance / Engineering support onsite, applying a logical approach to fault diagnosis and equipment repairs, with a 'future proof' mentality whist ensuring that department KPIs are met.
Key Duties:
*
To attend breakdowns, carrying out electrical & mechanical repairs / fault finding
*
Help develop & carry out routine preventative maintenance programs
*
Installation, test, repair and development of machinery and equipment
*
Electrical installation, single & three phase, panel building , PLCs
*
Ensure he CMMS system is used to full capability
*
Aiming for works schedule of: 30% breakdowns, 60% PPM & 10% improvement tasks.
*
Key Skills & Experience:
*
Minimum 3 years experience in a production maintenance environment with multi skilled approach
*
Time served electrical engineer or electrical engineering apprenticeship
*
PLC experience; fault finding 'online' and diagnose Allen Bradley PLC
*
Working with variable speed drives, AC / DC motors
*
Experience of CNC Lathes, industrial welding machines, furnaces, generators, combustion systems, motors, gearboxes = fault finding & repair. Along with basic welding
*
Knowledge of Quality / Continuous Improvement / H&S procedures
*
Demonstrate of world class manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis
*
Ability to use systems: PC, Office Suite, CMMS
*
Ability to work on electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics & mechanical equipment
