Kitchen Manager - 23 - 25k - Doncaster
Priority Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to join this lovely Traditional Public House in Doncaster.
As Kitchen Manager, you would be required to take ownership of Kitchen in this fast-paced environment, having an input to the menu, overseeing?????? food ordering and food preparatio??????n and have excellent Health and Safety Knowledge.
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsibl??????e for the kitchen's financial performanc??????e which will lead to attractive?????? rewards.
The venue provides fresh, quality traditional food, and requires the ideal candidate to have held similar roles in the past.
Requirements -
* To have experience to at least a Junior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar establishment.
* Due to the location of this venue, own transport is essential.
* To have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
* A good attitude to representing the company.
* The ability to work well under pressure.
* Possess the ability to deputize in absence of the Head Chef
