A busy Accident Repair Centre based in Colchester, is looking for an experienced Smart Repair Supervisor.
The Smart Repair Supervisor will be required to deliver a first class service, ensuring efficient and effective processing of vehicles whilst meeting quality standards.
In order to be considered you must:
• Previous experience of leading a team of Bodyshop operatives
• Vehicle body repair qualifications (NVQ/IMI etc)
• Experienced team leader/supervisor with good man management technique
• Good communicator both verbally and written
The Smart Repair Supervisor would ideally have current/recent experience with managing and running a busy Bodyshop, however, we would also welcome applications from time-served Bodyshop Repairers.
